Arnold Air and More doesn't have a 4.7 rating for nothing. I called them based on a recommendation from Anytime Plumbing Services (another highly recommended company), and a very pleasant agent took my information and scheduled a service call for later that morning. The service team arrived about an hour later, and an hour after that, my central air was working again. The crew were friendly and professional, explaining exactly what they found and how they were going to repair it. And the price was quite a bit less than I anticipated. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Arnold Air and More and enthusiastically recommend them.

Conrad came by to run an inspection on my heating system as we gear up for colder weather. I received a text when he was on his way, with a photo of who to expect! He arrived promptly, and quickly put my mind at ease after inspection by bringing me to the unit and explaining what he looks for and what my unit was doing. A quick, easy, painless process for a first time homeowner. I’ll be calling if I need any future work done!

Shout out to Arnold Air! Thank you for providing an outstanding job. Ariana came to my home on a Wednesday, assessed my needs to completely replace a 45 y/o system, scheduled my installation 7 days later. The crew showed up at 8:30 and were cleaned up and out by 4. The crew used great care using drop cloths, nothing was left behind. The floor in the equipment room was cleaner than before they started. Hopefully this will be another 45 run.
