I manage a real estate portfolio, mostly consisting of large brick single-family homes. Altmann has done 8 roofs for me, including flat, shingled and slate, and the work is always too notch. Very responsive, communicative and work is always done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!
We used them for our business they were priced well, professional, and completed the project in a timely manor. When calling them with concerns, they come out and to make sure things are ok. Most places over charge and move on once job is completed, these guys care and make sure your roof is perfect. I will never use another company.
After checking with a couple of different contractors about replacing our roof and gutters, Altmann quoted us the best price. When Rusty came to our property to examine the roof ahead of time, he seemed much more knowledgeable than the other roofers I spoke with. He thoroughly explained every step of the process with the roof and the gutters and left me with a high level of comfort in their work.The roofing crew removed the old roof and cleaned the area thoroughly. There was little to no evidence left behind that a roof had been removed. They ensured that my neighbors' houses were protected. I live in the city and there is not much more than 6-8 ft. between the houses.... read full review
