The Woodbury location has been great! My coach Amber Ward has been great to work with. She instantly connect with me and how hectic my life is but has been very encouraging and helped keep me focused on my goals
The rest of the team has been great to work with as well! Every time I go in they know me by name and always are very friendly.

My Brother, Nick, has lost 25 lbs! It's a great because it doesn't cut out whole food groups, it's practical & something he can maintain. Thanks to his awesome coach, Linda for all her guidance.
