Service was wonderful. We Love our estheticians. But damn those girls in the front are so snobby. Dropped over $300 and quick response to reject sample products when asked even when they have a table full of sample testers products in the main lobby area. She clearly just didn’t want to give samples for us. Rude. Do better.

I made a gift appt for my sister visiting from out of state - I decided on high level $90 because I wanted her to have a special experience.At 10:05 I inquired ( we had another appt elsewhere at 11:00). She was not in the building.At 10:11 she appeared & greeted us both warmly and invited my sister to come with her. She offered no acknowledgment or apology of being late.The haircut was good with my sister., I paid in advance, had her jacket ready and we flew out of there for to next appt.

I have been going to Spalon for years and years and it never disappoints. The decor is so beautiful and relaxing. I usually arrive early so I can relax in the lounge first. Fireplace and furniture is like heaven. Thank you, Spalon Montage for all you do!
