Super friendly staff, clean office, great experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and and had been looking around for a new dentist that took my insurance. I was nervous having not been to the dentist in a while (and the dentist always makes me nervous) but they made me feel very comfortable, put me at ease and took great care of my teeth! Sarah was my dental hygienist and was wonderful! She explained everything she was going to do, made me feel at ease with my nerves and made sure I had all my questions answered. I'm glad I found this office!!
The entire staff is competent and great, however after receiving a bill after paying in full while at the appointment I will no longer repeat. I was told during this visit they've changed providers and it wouldn't affect my current visit rate. I hate this had nothing to do with the staff and the billing department was just doing as instructed, not even the person sending the bill is at fault. Bottom line is that someone is accountable for a bad business choice, I'm sure many people payed as I'm clearly not the only one who fell within these perimeters. Money over moral business practice is a hard pass for me personally, not being educated or up on policies is not an excuse nor is blaming it on the Covid plannedademic ...yet another BS crutch! Live and learn or make excuses.
Serenity Dental helped me overcome my immense fear from previous trauma when I was younger at the dentist. I went in there with broken and decaying teeth after almost 30 years of not going to the dentist and I never felt judged. I was even prescribed something from them to calm my nerves just in case I needed it. Every referral they have made for me has been amazing and I just got my four upper front teeth done in composite veneer as part of my journey and Dr Ellie was amazing and I have gotten so many compliments on how natural they look and so many people asking where I got them done so they can do it too.
