The designer listened to our needs and wants, the showroom had ample selections to choose from, and our project manager was in touch with us almost daily. We worked with Jeff Russell years ago and it went great. Recently, we went back to him for a new project: Jeff helped us reimagine our deck and replace a sliding door. When we encountered damage beneath the old door, Jeff's team fixed it. Their customer service and care throughout the process was awesome. The results look great. Highly recommended.
