I was looking for a contractor to repair decking and rebuild the water proofing under the deck boards on my veranda. I live in St Paul and the buildings was built in 1915. The decking had never been fixed or repaired in all those years. MV Builders was one of 3 bids and not only did their quote come in as the best prices but MV communication was also the best of all three. He explained exactly what he was going to do, stayed on budget, did quality work and ahead of schedule. I recommend this company to anyone needing work done to their home. Mindau was wonderful to work with, and our deck is absolutely beautiful. He also installed a sliding door from our dining room to the deck, which was great. His pricing was very reasonable compared to others of the same scope of work, he was very responsive to emails, and he stuck to his two week timeline as closely as he could with the crazy amount of rain we got during the project. I would recommend MV Builders to anybody looking to have deck work done. Thank you Mindau & team!

Excellent craftsmanship and communication. They were also very competitive with their pricing. We are very happy with the work MV Builders did for us on our front porch. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to a top notch contractor.
