I always love seeing my provider here for my annual examination. Dr. Kelly is the best and I have known her for years - over 30 years. She really knows what she is doing and makes me feel comfortable. The one glitch is that I have had problems with scheduling and appointment making several times in the past, and now this time. In the past appointments have been changed last minute or changed when I had taken off work. This time I was scheduled for an ultrasound following my appointment for several weeks out. While my overall care at Minnesota Women’s has been good, they did call me the morning of an appointment saying my PT was not in today so I called and left a message about rescheduling, but they still sent me a survey text that evening asking how my appointment was. They helped me deliver 2 healthy kids over the past 4 years, though, and I have had several helpful appointments with PT now.

I’ve been going here for about 7 years and have seen many provider’s here. I’ve never had a bad experience. I left to find a primary care physician once I was done having babies, but couldn’t find care anywhere near what is provided here. After a horrible experience at M Health Fairview, I called to see if they had primary care. They do now, and I am so glad I called! I am FINALLY getting answers to problems I’ve had for years and have made real progress in healing. My new Dr here is AMAZING and has helped me immensely over the course of the last month.
