I went in for an appointment for a shot in my knee. This was in the middle of the delta variant of Covid infections. None of the staff were wearing masks and al of the plexiglass shields at checkin were removed. For a health care facility, I thought this was shocking. If they don't care about my health, I don't care about them losing my business. I immediately transferred to Summit ortho where they require masking.
