Signing up for Medifast was one of the scariest yet most rewarding investments in my life. I am incredibly glad I did it. I have been struggling with weight my whole life, but since being on this program I really feel my relationship with food has changed. I used to be an emotional eater but now I have learned to choose foods that benefit me rather than bad ones. I have been really grateful for the support of staff members. They are great at encouraging you through the process and are able to give tips on how to keep on track. The best part of my weight loss journey is that I now feel like myself again! Both my wife and I have been through personal weight-loss journeys at the Woodbury Medifast center. From our initial consultations, through post-maintenance check-ins, our experience has been tremendously positive. The location is convenient, "menu" choices broad, and the staff has all been incredibly supportive. Weight loss is always a "your mileage may vary" kind of thing, but we are both very happy with program, and have recommended it to family and friends.
