He recommended and installed Certain Teed Landmark ClimateFlex Class 4 shingles which resulted in a $100/month reduction in my home insurance with USAA. Our new roof ads a new value to our home.“

“High Maintenance is top notch when it comes to timely responses and excellent service delivery at a competitive price. Our gutters were totally clogged and had been overflowing this whole season. Several companies promised to come and give me a free quote, but none showed up. Most of them are more interested into demolishing the old gutters and installing new gutters with leaf filters, etc. so they can charge you thousands of dollars. Our gutters were fine, except that they were all clogged up. Finally, I Googled again for gutter cleaning companies near me, and Rich’s High Maintenance popped up on the search. I called and was able to talk to Rich immediately. After explaining to Rich about my situation, Rich requested I took come pictures of the gutters around my house. I did. And he promptly texted back with a quote and said he could be here within a couple of days. I was thrilled as Rich was the first person who said he could clean our gutters. Rich arrived on time and cleaned all the gutters in 2 hours. He also took some before and after pictures to assure me that the most problematic areas were taken care of. “Quality Tree Service recently, 8/23, removed a very large maple tree in our backyard. The tree over hung our garage and neighbors fence along with flower beds. They were here when scheduled and in a very short time were set up and went to work. They cut down the tree in a short time making sure to be extremely careful of their surroundings never damaging a thing. They removed all the debris from the property and did an extraordinary job cleaning up afterwards. Quality Tree Service were extremely professional, conscientious, courteous, affordable and their quality of work was outstanding. “Tim and Peter were wonderful and patient. This job was 3 years in the making not because of North Lake, because of my insurance company and their lack of cooperation. My job was very complex because of structural issues with my dormers on the roof. Tim coordinated with me, the structural engineer, and the insurance company. All the decking had to be removed and new decking put on. Tim’s team took apart my chimney because daylight was showing through and rebuilt it. The top beam on the dormers was broken and a new beam had to be inserted. The waiting took 3 years the actual job took a month. The city inspector and the structural engineer were very pleased with the finished results. I highly recommend North Lake Contracting.“

“Late on the afternoon of Friday the 13th this October, we began getting water dripping into our utility room. Recall the weather - it had been raining for almost 2 days and continued. I had a phone number - to Nick - who answered and was at our house within an hour. He went into the attic, found several leaks, went onto the roof while it was still raining and made temporary repairs. As of 4:00m pm, 11/3/23, BRUGGEMAN EXTERIORS completed repairs to the roof including vents and some underlayment. I'm sure our HOA will be as pleased as I am to do business with Bruggeman who really understand this customer's worries. Special thanks to Nick & crew !!“

“Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it. “If I could add 5 more stars, I would.<br>My wife and I bought our first home in December of '23. It was a remodeled 1948 home and we were led to believe it was perfect by our inspection company. (long, long story).<br>We started to have a leak in our kitchen that we had no idea what it could be, as we were led to believe the roof was around 7 years old.<br>Immediately we were referred to Jason at Elite Exteriors who almost next day came out to inspect the roof for himself. When he got down, he was very amazed at the state of our roof and of a lot of our trim around our windows.<br>He told us the roof was 30 years old to his best guess and needed to be replaced right away.<br>We called the city and found out the roof permit was last pulled in 1994, he was spot on!<br>Next up was checking the attic so he could see if there was any ice dams building up. When he went up he was amazed to see the same insulation from 1948 as well as some less than ideal electrical work. He immediately got me in touch with an electrician who came out within days to repair everything and even checked all of our electrical to ensure our safety. (Replaced all of our kitchen lighting as they were all poorly installed and causing heat issues)<br>Then it was onto gutting and replacing the insulation in the attic.<br>He coordinated with multiple companies and people to get everything done in one day.<br>Attic was completely gutted while another team replaced the entire roof system.<br>Then the next day the insulation team came back to respray and completely insulate our attic to the highest quality.<br><br>Jason also coordinated to have 6 more soffit vents cut on the exterior of our home and block off 2 side vents to help it breathe better to prevent ice build up as well as caulking all the windows and doors on our home!<br><br>At the end of the project, Jason himself came back out to walk the two roofs, and check our yard and siding for anything less than 100% perfect. He noticed some small things that I wouldn't have even noticed, but he had his team come back the same day to clean the small imperfections.<br>(A streak on our siding from old shingles falling, a single shingle popped up a bit, simple small stuff like that. But the attention to detail was very appreciated!!)<br><br>The entire situation has been extremely stressful and scary for my wife and I. Being first time home owners, we don't really know what we are doing. But with Jason @ Elite, we felt like we had some control and we knew we had the best team in our corner.<br><br>Can not recommend Elite enough.<br><br>THANK YOU JASON!!!!“
