.The only issue we had is we needed a window replaced and asked for an estimate and nobody ever got back to us about it even though we inquired a few times
The job has been done for over a month now, and we still have not heard about replacing our window

“High Maintenance is top notch when it comes to timely responses and excellent service delivery at a competitive price. Our gutters were totally clogged and had been overflowing this whole season. Several companies promised to come and give me a free quote, but none showed up. Most of them are more interested into demolishing the old gutters and installing new gutters with leaf filters, etc. so they can charge you thousands of dollars. Our gutters were fine, except that they were all clogged up. Finally, I Googled again for gutter cleaning companies near me, and Rich’s High Maintenance popped up on the search. I called and was able to talk to Rich immediately. After explaining to Rich about my situation, Rich requested I took come pictures of the gutters around my house. I did. “Ethan worked with me from start to finish to make sure my roof and gutters were repaired quickly (one of the first homes fixed on the block!) and correctly after an intense hailstorm with extensive damage to all the homes in my neighborhood. “If I could add 5 more stars, I would.
My wife and I bought our first home in December of '23. It was a remodeled 1948 home and we were led to believe it was perfect by our inspection company. (long, long story).
We started to have a leak in our kitchen that we had no idea what it could be, as we were led to believe the roof was around 7 years old.
Immediately we were referred to Jason at Elite Exteriors who almost next day came out to inspect the roof for himself. When he got down, he was very amazed at the state of our roof and of a lot of our trim around our windows.
He told us the roof was 30 years old to his best guess and needed to be replaced right away.
We called the city and found out the roof permit was last pulled in 1994, he was spot on!
Next up was checking the attic so he could see if there was any ice dams building up. When he went up he was amazed to see the same insulation from 1948 as well as some less than ideal electrical work. He immediately got me in touch with an electrician who came out within days to repair everything and even checked all of our electrical to ensure our safety. (Replaced all of our kitchen lighting as they were all poorly installed and causing heat issues)
Then it was onto gutting and replacing the insulation in the attic.
He coordinated with multiple companies and people to get everything done in one day.
Attic was completely gutted while another team replaced the entire roof system.
Then the next day the insulation team came back to respray and completely insulate our attic to the highest quality.

Jason also coordinated to have 6 more soffit vents cut on the exterior of our home and block off 2 side vents to help it breathe better to prevent ice build up as well as caulking all the windows and doors on our home!

At the end of the project, Jason himself came back out to walk the two roofs, and check our yard and siding for anything less than 100% perfect. He noticed some small things that I wouldn't have even noticed, but he had his team come back the same day to clean the small imperfections.
(A streak on our siding from old shingles falling, a single shingle popped up a bit, simple small stuff like that. But the attention to detail was very appreciated!!)

The entire situation has been extremely stressful and scary for my wife and I. Being first time home owners, we don't really know what we are doing. But with Jason @ Elite, we felt like we had some control and we knew we had the best team in our corner.

Can not recommend Elite enough.

“Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it.
