My tenant called me at 10 PM because the furnace wouldn’t turn on. I called EJ at Ed’s Heating, and his knowledge was incredible. He patiently troubleshot the issue with me over the phone on a Sunday night at 10 PM. That level of service and compassion was truly commendable. Contacted Ed on a Sunday evening with no parts store open. My diagnosis was a little off, I thought it was the pressure switch due to no continually when the inductor motor kicked on. He walked be through a couple of possible problems. Turned out my intake was clogged with snow due to the recent fluffy flakes that’s been falling the last couple of days. Great guy, very knowledgeable. Thank you again..
