Central + Priority Pediatrics

Really like this peds office. The convenience is amazing, offering appts on weekends, always getting us in as soon as we need to be seen… in my experience, the more you can see and build a relationship with one doctor, the better. We love our main doctor who we’ve seen for 2+ years. Don’t always love our experience with whoever is on-call for the sick visits, but usually it’s due to not having a relationship with the on-call doctor, not that they are providing poor treatment.
The service over the phone with the nursing staff and the quickness to answer questions asked through the portal on the app are also appreciated.

We used to live in this neighborhood and chose Dr Rhodes Dekko because the OB nurses at the hospital raved about her. They were so right. Both of our children have been seen by Dr Dekko and several other doctors here and have received excellent care each time. At annual visits, Dr Dekko is so inquisitive and then sits and explains everything thoroughly to our satisfaction. And the triage nurses are excellent, so I'm always in awe in how helpful they can be over the phone. The Priority Pediatrics (urgent care) has also been helpful in the past 15 years. All of the providers have been wonderful for the 2 1/2 years we’ve been going here. The scheduling staff and front desk staff is always a hit or miss, when making an appointment over the phone it’s like you have a minute to talk to them being that they’re rushing through it. Comes off pretty rude.
