Central + Priority Pediatrics provides excellent care to children, with a team of wonderful providers who are thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. The doctors take the time to explain everything thoroughly to parents' satisfaction, and the triage nurses are helpful over the phone. The urgent care service, Priority Pediatrics, is also convenient, allowing for scheduled appointments and shorter wait times. While some parents have experienced hit-or-miss service from the scheduling and front desk staff, the overall quality of care and professionalism of the medical team has earned the loyalty of many families, who continue to bring their children to the practice even after moving away.
Dr. Niksich is wonderful-warm, caring, listens to you, and is very experienced and knowledgeable. She is friendly with our kids and talks to them in an age appropriate way. She did a beautiful job on our son's circumcision. We also really appreciate that the medical assistants are speedy, caring and experienced at administering vaccines. We've never had to wait a long time to be seen which is also very much appreciated. 7 days a week, at least one of their locations is open, which is peace of mind if something comes up on the weekend and we need to be seen, and appreciate that they have lab and x-ray in house if needed.
The front desk is horrible , they are always rude and greet you with a bad vibe from the start . Also money hungry I’ve never been told I can’t book an appointment until my bill is payed In full. The nurses are all dry and never smile . This is suppose to be a doctor for kids so I would just expect the staff to be more friendly
Really like this peds office. The convenience is amazing, offering appts on weekends, always getting us in as soon as we need to be seen… in my experience, the more you can see and build a relationship with one doctor, the better. We love our main doctor who we’ve seen for 2+ years. Don’t always love our experience with whoever is on-call for the sick visits, but usually it’s due to not having a relationship with the on-call doctor, not that they are providing poor treatment.
The service over the phone with the nursing staff and the quickness to answer questions asked through the portal on the app are also appreciated.
