Being a first-time home buyer, I did not expect to be filing an insurance claim 3 months after I purchased my home. When I purchased my home, the roof was 20 years old, and I did not expect to get any coverage on my roof. 2 Hailstorms in the first 3 months caused damage and leaking I could not ignore. Because of the age of my roof, I debated to myself filling a claim, unsure if the hail damage was going to be enough to outweigh the age of the roof. They are so professional with not just us but also with our insurance company. They answered all of our questions clearly and timely, making the process so easy for us. Really appreciate them!
Jeff came to measure the window and provide us color swatches for the outside and inside of the window . He’s professional and personable to talk with. He made us feel like we had options and working together rather than him upselling us on something we didn’t want
