James came to fix the gas line to my oven and installed the new one. He was very nice and got the job done quickly and perfectly! Called for an appointment yesterday and today I'm good to go! Also got a couple of coffee mugs and some candy, made my day!
Matt and Alex completed the rough end of my master bath remodel, and they did an excellent job. Very professional and quality craftsmanship. This is my first time that I’ve used AJ Alberts plumbing, I will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommend this company.
Matt came on short notice, after we reached out to four other businesses, including Lowe's, who we couldn't even get in contact with. While we were able to get some good information from those who did come to take a look, either the price was too high or they were not able to get to us right away. Along came Matt, who gave us a great quote and was able to get right to it. Matt was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and constantly stated that he did not want to overwhelm or pressure us, which is all anyone needs to hear when they have a broken water heater. We even asked for a quote on a fix to our current water filter setup, which is a mess and he didn't give it...read full review
