Booking a 60-minute deep tissue session with Alex, a professional-level LMT on their advanced tier, was surprisingly straightforward. Went in for a sciatic flare and Jen was AMAZING!!! I've never had a shiatsu massage before and she explained the process very well and it was so interesting! I didn't feel exceptionally well immediately but when I woke up this morning I was back upright and feeling like my old self! I have the smallest amount of discomfort but it's totally normal post flare. I would definitely see Jen again just to learn more about healing touch and energy flow. Thank you again!!!
Best hidden gem massage place in Woodbury! It's not super fancy like Woodhouse, but they give amazing massages (like some of the best ever) and that's what's important. Chelsea has been doing my prenatal massages and she does a killer job on my back. She's a pro. I'll definitely continue coming here. They are also quick to check you in, which is a plus, as I hate places that make you fill out a bunch of paperwork and then sit around for forever before the massage. Check this place out and go to Chelsea, you won't be disappointed.
