Went in for a sciatic flare and Jen was AMAZING!!! I've never had a shiatsu massage before and she explained the process very well and it was so interesting! I didn't feel exceptionally well immediately but when I woke up this morning I was back upright and feeling like my old self! I have the smallest amount of discomfort but it's totally normal post flare. I would definitely see Jen again just to learn more about healing touch and energy flow. Thank you again!!!
