Professional and clean. There are "leads" who clean and stock trolleys between clients. They claim that they sterilize instruments - which I can't tell for sure, but the fact that leads are replacing them between customers and how clean everything is, I'm not worried. My pedicure was very nice.

Lulu was fantastic! I called on a Saturday morning and was able to come right away for a pedicure. There is an extensive book of colors to choose from and the colors come in both gel and regular. The salon is nicely decorated and relaxing. The massage chairs are cushy and adjustable. My pedicure turned out beautiful and Lulu was incredibly nice to talk to. I'll definitely be back!

I was suffering from horrible cystic hormonal acne. After several appointments elsewhere with doctors trying to have me start Accutane, I was beyond relieved when I met Maureen. Maureen's patience, empathy and passion is present in everything she does. She made me feel safe and at ease. I completed three of the Aviclear laser treatments and never looked back. The cystic acne stopped and I am beginning to feel like myself again. The awful hard cysts that I once felt deep in my face are gone. At the Woodbury location the customer service was good. The service I received was a full face wax, which sounds painful but it was not as bad as it sounds. The service was quick with minimal discomfort. The only thing that was a bummer is the construction and detours on 494 and 94 near Woodbury. You may want to leave earlier for your appointment.

The place to go if you're looking for an expert who will actually treat your problem skin.
I have been to MANY spas in the Twin Cities area. I've found most are staffed with early 20 somethings with flawless skin who probably have never had a zit in their lives. These are not my people. Jayme is an expert at what she does. I found her about 6 months ago and have never looked back. Here are some things that may be helpful to figure out if she is right for you:
1. Location: Not the trendiest spot, but conveniently located off 94 in an office building where parking is never a concern. BFF is located right inside the front door. The space is large and where treatments are done is very comfortable and spa like. She has 2 golden retrievers (one puppy!) that are in the space. I thought that was weird at first, but the second treatment starts, they are invisible. They are also adorable. But if you don't like dogs or have an allergy, note this.
2. The services: I always get a 60 minute custom facial and leave feeling restored and rejuvenated. Jayme looks at your skin and treats your face accordingly with high quality products. The highlight of the session (for me) is the extractions. I don't know how she does it, but she goes to WORK and the next day my face glows.
3. The products/prices: She uses Dermalogica which are high quality products that I have had to buy several of myself because of the results. I don't know anywhere else in town where you can get this kind of personalized/customized treatment and results for $100.
If you are looking for someone to actually treat your skin and make it better, go to Jayme at BFF!

I’ve seen Tammy twice, once for a classic set and just today for a fill and she provides great service. She educated me, created an extremely relaxed environment, and gave me the best lash set I’ve ever had. She has a great set up with a single studio, music playing and really did a thorough job making sure she understood what I wanted. I will absolutely be seeing her in the future and if you are considering booking I highly recommend. It’s so nice to wake up and my make up routine is cut in half, and I don’t have to deal with mascara smears and removing a bunch of eye makeup.
I walked in with no appointment at The Truth Tattoos around 6 PM on a Saturday and was immediately helped! I wanted some small tattoos on my hand and fingers that I've been wanting for years but kept putting off. Other shops in the area were quoting me very high prices and couldn't get the style right or would deny me due to the location of tattoos. When I went to The Truth Tattoos, I was greeted right away, multiple artists stepped up to see what my vision was and quoted me an amazing price. Lex was my artist, and she was seriously the best --super chill, confident, and nailed my vision on the first sketch. I even let her freehand some parts, that's how much I trusted her. The whole experience was smooth, quick, comfortable and good vibes. Definitely found my go-to shop, and I'll be sending people their way for sure!
Awesome shop! Took both Daughters there today for ear piercings. Ryan was great! Explained every step. After I discovered my 18-year-old water softener was leaking in September, I called Keith Nelson Plumbing. DJ visited the same day, diagnosed the problem, and suggested it was time for a replacement. He returned the next day with Jim & Justin to remove and replace the old water softener. They gave me a mini tutorial on how the new softener works and how to fill it.While they were here, we discussed my water heater (also 18-years-old) and decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater the following week, but not before DJ presented me with three written detailed replacement options with prices, listing the pros and cons for each. I believe he also consulted with a manufacturing rep to make sure I was getting the correct size and type for my needs.DJ, Jim, and Justin returned the following day to explain how the water heater works and showed me how to program the various modes. DJ returned two days later to recheck the water temperature.They also installed a new touch kitchen faucet. DJ & Keith provided thorough instructions on how it works and how to prolong the battery life.In addition to installing the new appliances, DJ provided me with a completed rebate form (for the water heater) and an AHRI certificate for my specific water heater to send to Xcel Energy. All (Keith, DJ, Justin, and Jim) were responsive, thorough, professional, and friendly. Great people to work with. I can't say enough good things about them. Tyler did a great job today with installation of my new toilet. He explained the scope of work in great detail and was very transparent. He had the expertise to answer questions about commercial grade products from whole sale house and products available at your local department store. He also gave me a quote while onsite for a new water heater for a possible future job as I requested.

Ispiri did a kitchen remodel for us in July of this year(2024). They modified our existing center island from a two tier to a one tier platform. They changed our existing granite to a white quartz and painted our center island base a deep gray. They installed a new utility sink that is incredible. Nevin and his team did a great job. Drew and his company are very responsive, very polite and easy to work with, and did a great job on a recent "renewal" landscaping project. My lack of experience in this area caused a bit of minor confusion on some pricing, but he was generous in doing some projects and even guaranteed some new bushes when they suffered deer damage, which was totally unexpected!
We will also continue to use Cities Lawn and Snow for our plowing needs (also prompt and responsive service), and future lawn care projects. I would recommend this group!

I had a large pine tree fall in my backyard during a storm. It was partially laying on my deck. I called Gene the following morning. Twenty minutes later he called me back and swung by for an estimate. Gene and his crew took out the tree a few hours later.
They were fast, clean, and all for a price that was much more in line with my expectations than some of the larger tree services I got quotes from.

I had Primate Tree Care remove all of my dead Ash trees...14 of them, plus an oddly placed Box Elder, which was growing into my barn. I could not be more impressed with how professional the guys were and how they used a crane to get all of my trees out from difficult places with minimal impact to my yard. Their pricing was superb, they were prompt, and the work & cleanup was very thorough. I recommend them without reservations and will use them in the future for certain.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They start off with a tour of the building and they introduce you to all the staff there. I really appreciate how they really take the time to analyze your posture and x rays and show you exactly what needs adjusting. Not to mention, the results after the adjustment are night and day. I've been to other chiropractors before but nothing compares to Woodbury spine and wellness center.

MRI's do not show nerve damage. Aspire does a great job with thermal imaging and techniques to demonstrate where the nerves are damaged and how to repair them. I recommend it for anyone suffering from Neuropathy!

I called to get scheduled for the first time on Tuesday and Dr. Erhardt had openings the next day. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I have gone to chiropractors off and on for 11 years now, and I have to say Dr. Erhardt’s technique is different from what I’m used to but it works. He doesn’t manipulate the vertebrae but uses a pressure technique. Honestly, my body has always tensed up with typical chiropractic adjustments and the cracking sound would always unnerve me. I had my first adjustment today and I already feel like it’s easier for my back and neck to have better posture. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Erhardt to relieve my headaches, neck, and back pain.

I have 3 cats that are seen by the staff at Woodbury Animal Hospital. One of them is very aggressive. The vet who did her exam and shots (Dr. Annelise) was so kind and understanding even when my cat came within a millimeter of biting her! She didn’t say that my cat was a bad cat or that she wouldn’t see her again, she merely suggested that we may want to look into sedating her for the next visit to make the visit more pleasant for everyone (including my cat). I have had numerous good experiences here, this is just one example. I’ll definitely be a client for life!
Hudson Road is an excellent veterinary clinic. My kitty Lester and I have been frequenting for 3+ years and have had nothing but good experiences. The entire staff has been friendly, and the vets and techs are excellent to work with. Would highly recommend bringing your pet here.
Absolutely wonderful vet. We have been coming here for 3 years with our 4 pets, and the staff all know our pets by name. They are some of the most caring and patient people!
I cannot say enough nice things about this vet! I moved to the twin cities area and spent the longest time trying to find a vet for my cat but so many clinics made it so difficult to accept new patients and turned me away, that I had pretty much given up and resorted to treating my cats discomfort through whatever I could find on chewy.
On a whim one day I looked again and found this amazing clinic. I called on a Wednesday and got an appt for that Friday. My cat was obviously terrified and I prepared for the chaos of a waiting room with my crying cat and barking dogs, and was instead immediately met by the friendliest front desk staff who took me to a room to check in to avoid any drama.
The vet tech and vet were so kind as I explained what was going on with my cat. They weren’t judgmental as I explained that I couldn’t get her in for a long time, and were so gentle when they took Stevie to the back. Even through the door I could hear them talking to her in soothing tones and keeping her calm.
They immediately helped and my cat is no longer feeling discomfort and it is because of how incredible this team was and I am so grateful! I have such peace of mind knowing that there is somewhere I can confidently take my furry family members where they will be treated with love!
My 8 year old German Shepherd, Patsy Cline, has two bad back legs and struggles sometimes to get around. She recently gained back some strength and when the van showed up she jumped right in. She was pretty matted after laying around for 6-8 weeks, but she came out of the van just beautiful. It's a little spendy but what a great service, it is worth it! Body, teeth, ears, nails - the works! Allison was terrific with her and they became fast friends! Thank you all!
I have been being Grover to Atlas for about a year now ! I have always been happy with the services that I received. The staff has always been great in greeting me when I walk I. The door! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their dogs!!
I have only great things to say about Posh Pooch. I brought my nervous, vocal schnauzer here for over 4 years and have always had a positive experience each and every time. Ashley is a true treasure and I'm going to miss her so much! You can tell she truly loves dogs and I feel she enjoys her job which makes a difference. I mostly scheduled my dog with Ashley but I've had positive experiences with everyone here. Can't recommend them enough! Such a sad day when you have to say goodbye due to moving out of town. Thank you so much for taking care of my pup through the years!
My favorite pilates place! The classes are small and the instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable. Each class they offer feedback and hands-on adjustments. I can't say enough good things about.
I found Energy through an extensive Google search so it only seems fair I now write a review. I felt stuck taking the same classes with the same instructors at a different gym. Once I found Energy I signed up for a week with them - to try as many different classes as I could. I immediately knew I was in the right place. Not only do they offer barre classes with an actual ballet bar - but also a mix of yoga, pilates, restorative classes, circuit, reformer and did I mention Barre? This is a studio that you can come to and feel included. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by staff along with all of the other womxn taking the class. It felt amazing. A total judgement free zone. The reformer classes are very approachable but will still leave you sore and wanting more.I am so thankful I found Energy. If you are even considering checking it out don't wait!
I have enjoyed all of the classes I have taken so far. I feel stronger and less fatigued.

Relaxing place, great for improving your mental health. The calm and relaxing decor and music make a great environment. The therapists are very accommodating and helpful, and do an excellent job. They communicate well and listen to your needs!
I started getting massages from Donna because I had some physical issues. I was referred to her by a friend. I was told she had very unique training and at the time, I didn't know what that meant. But I do now. She was taught by a Sister Rosalyn that is very well known. Donna also uses some techniques in her massages I've only heard Chiropractor's offer. Graston I think it's called. She uses tools to release histamine and work the muscle. My issue was first polymyalgia. A horrible ailment that strikes after 50. My joints and muscles were in pain. My body hurt so bad and Donna helped my body through deep tissue. She'd massage an area near my neck and shoulders and because my body was so toxic, she had to be very gentle. Eventually she was able to work with my body more deep than originally. My second issue came out later. I had numbness in 2 of my fingers on my right hand. I hated it. I couldn't feel anything. Donna explained to me it was due to some injury over time from my radial and ulna nerves. She showed me where they were and began to work on them. It got better! I no longer have this issue! One time I could barely get up off the floor, I had a pulled muscle in my back. I called Donna, she worked me in. Wow, did I feel better. It takes time to work out these issues with your body. I learned lots about essential oils as she uses them in her practice. The first time she used lavender on me, I was so relaxed I don't think I could have driven a car safely. I can't say enough about her hands. She goes under to your neck and very lightly massages the hair...it's healing because it's loving massage.

Excellent massage in Woodbury. Ti Ti and Eva are both very good. My wife and I get weekly massages and it’s always consistently good. Really appreciate the deep massage and especially walking on the back. Highly recommend!
Victoria has magic hands! Seriously. I have never felt this relaxed and amazing after a massage. She uses so many different tools and techniques during your massage that I’ve never had done. She tailors it to your body and its needs and really works the problem areas. We’ve been under a lot of stress and grief lately and she works wonders on your body. She is the massage therapist my husband and I have been looking for! We already had another massage booked before this one and I bought 4 more for us each. You need to come here!!
