We worked with Sam to order carpet and the experience was great. Sam was very helpful. We got there a little before the store opened but he let us in and handled our questions even though the regular customer representative wasn't available yet. The carpet came when he said it would and he worked with our contractor to pick it up. We'd definitely recommend Floor Coverings of Winona.
