Not sure how they to work for other than what I have been told by drivers, but I went to look at being an owner operator for them and LET ME TELL YOU!!!!! The second I walked in, they made me feel like family. They knew I was coming and they actually took the time to put out a nifty little sign welcoming me by name. I have never been that welcomed anywhere. Not even at my own family's homes.

Great place to work.-no micromanaging-good pay-good miles-good affordable benefits (medical, dental, and vision)-predictable routes-midwest routes-good dispatchers-good safety team-new trucks, and trailers-great home time-no forced dispatched-good maintenance program-good bonus, and incentive programs

Been here over 10 years great place to work, after you are here for awhile you can get home most weekends like i do, it's a family here we all look out for each other... there are "those kinda days" yes but that's any where you work.
