So, beware folks! We paid him 3K for his service. To this day we have not got what we paid for. He blames everything on Covid and the IRS back log. He had the nerve to ask for another 1K to continue on. So, we are out our 3K and had to start over. They never return phone calls and if they do its months later. Many times, we called and he either was in the hospital or at a seminar. Because we are two hours away there was not much we could do. At one point he called us just before Christmas and said everything was a go and in our favor, then nothing else but run around. I wonder how someone can take peoples hard earned money that came to him because they were straggling then add to the problem. Karma is nothing to mess with and always comes back to haunt you. You better start doing the right thing and quit ripping people off Randy.

My friend recommended me here and they obviously don't get back to you don't know what there doing I would think 2 about doing your taxes there....I have heard other compliant.
