Synergy Family Physicians

Our regular clinic was unable to get my daughter in for months.. I called synergy and they were able to get her in next day. We saw Alyssa Gerr and she was great. Ordered just what I wanted and listened to my concerns. I think this will be our new clinic.

I have been seeing Dr. Lake for over 10 years. My daughter sees her and my son sees Corey the NP. This clinic gives you a ton of time, attention and you can tell they truly care about you. I love that they are integrative using both traditional medicine and natural methods. The nursing staff is also great too as they are very caring. I have a complicated health history and Dr. Lake has been amazing at navigating it with me and connecting me to the right practitioners both traditional and integrative. God bless you all at Synergy! Dr. Lake is down to earth, warm, thorough, supportive (filling out extensive paper work for Social Security Disability), and is also available for online visits, if needed.
