Studio One Yoga

It's a wonderful studio and has experienced teachers with actionable tips and adjustments to fit your build. I myself prefer 26/2 hot yoga for 90 minutes and they exclusively offer 60, but I wouldn't say it takes anything away from the studio. The class has a beautiful view overlooking White Bear Lake as well.

While the main draw for the WBL Studio One might be the stellar, calming lake view, I'm as addicted to the instructors and the healing yoga practiced here. I love the S1 flow, and I've also mixed in a heated evening class to challenge myself. There aren't too many things I'll leave the house for, but my Studio One yoga classes will always be at the top.

Their hot yoga class is fantastic! Taylor, the teacher, individualized her instruction to specifically help me. She is a caring, intelligent, phenomenal teacher! Taylor is so encouraging and positive! I feel so happy every time I go there.
