We had leaking wax ring, unknown to us, bring down our finished lower level ceiling on Christmas Eve with 11 relatives at our home. I called Roger Vadnais Plumbing at 8:01 on Dec 26th. Roger had a plumber, Gordy, at our house by about 8:45AM. By 9:30AM the leaking wax ring was diagnosed and replaced with a raised flange/new wax ring and toilet reset and operable.We had a new wood floor installed in about 2016. The floor installers did not raise the flange to take into account the thickness of the ne flooring material but just used two wax rings to compensate which caused the long term leak causing ceiling below to become saturated and subsequently fail. Had the BEST experience (usually said no one ever about a sewer backup)! The entire team was top notch - from the scheduler who was able to find a same day appt to the gentlemen who cleared/took imaging of the main line.Everyone was courteous, informative, efficient - and finished the job well! Upon arrival, they even asked whether to remove their shoes. Very thankful we called this plumbing service and will moving forward for any needs!
I have had this company out twice for clogs. They are the only ones that have fixed the problem. The other companies we have had out don't fix the problem or push the clog further down the line and have hidden fees (Hero, Paul Bunyan).I'll admit they are more expensive than those other big companies by quite a bit, but I can only speak on their plumbing services which has always worked when they come out here. Would rather pay more for successful services than continually having the same problem and have to have another company come out again anyway.
