I have had many massages in my 42 years, due to back/neck/shoulder pain, tmd, and migraines. I didn’t know much about Craniosacral therapy until recently, and I always thought the more painful a massage, the more therapeutic.
Mary is well trained in many types of massage, but I was primarily looking for someone with the Craniosacral experience for my migraines and jaw/neck muscles that were holding YEARS of unresolved tension no massage has really touched before.
I wish I would have met Mary a long time ago! This is better than a massage. She has healing hands. The whole atmosphere is so well thought out and calming.
I started massage for headaches, shoulder & neck pain. Mary recommended Craniosacral/Myofacial combination sessions. About a week later my headaches have lessened & I haven’t had a migraine. The pain in my neck & shoulders have also lessened. I’m grateful for Mary & her hands.

Mary has a unique approach. She has a wonderful way of blending techniques. I especially enjoy how she incorporates specialized treatments like cupping, Gua Sha and hot stones into her bodywork sessions. She is focused, present and tuned into the tissues and energy flow of my body.She’s the first therapist who is willing and able to do abdominal work. This is amazing for releasing my physical and emotional energy blockage.
