I believe in the healing power of touch and our body’s innate ability to unwind, release and find balance. My approach to bodywork has evolved over 19 years of practice, study, experimentation, and of course, receiving lots of massage. My style is a flowing, intuitive blend of bodywork techniques including, Swedish, myofascial release, Thai Massage, hot stones, cupping, craniosacral and energy healing. I approach each client with curiosity and compassion and allow their story to shape my treatment session. It is this constant discovery that fuels my passion for the craft.
