I took my pup here for the first time and was so impressed! Kat was incredibly kind, communicated clearly, and did a fantastic job!! She even added the cutest extra touch of putting a tie on him at the end we will be coming back!!
Best groomers around! I brought my other 3 girls there for some time! (2 morkies and a frenchie) they have always been so nice and did beautiful jobs on them!! Today, I brought my special needs frenchie in not knowing if she’d have anxiety which she did - threw up and diarrhea.. not only did the snuggle her but went above and beyond to make her comfortable while I was on my way! I will always recommend and continue to go to them! Thank you for taking extra special care of my girl today!
Erica is amazing! The rest of the staff at the WBL location is as well! Erica and the team treated Santa so well that he didn’t want to leave. It was our first time (at this business and first grooming experience!) and Erica explained the process so smoothly and was on top of communicating with me when our puppy would be done! So glad that we brought our puppy here! We will definitely be back.
