We recently had a 'worst case scenario' situation: furnace failure during a sub-zero temperature stretch while we were out of state due to emergency travel. I received an automatic email notification that my Wifi thermostat lost connection with my home Wifi service late on a Wednesday afternoon - which sometimes happens during a power outage or Wifi interruption. We recently had a failure of the inducer fan in our 15 year old Lennox furnace. A co-worker suggested I contact 4 Seasons as he has been completely satisfied with their service provided when needed. Howard went right to problem solver mode. He had me find the model and year numbers and asked me a few questions to pin down the issue. The tech arrived with the necessary replacement part and was in and out of our house, job complete, in less than 30 minutes. With no downtime - our situation was diagnosed and repaired before there was a complete failure.
We recently had Four Seasons Air Specialists replace our furnace and install a heat pump. This was an unexpected expense for us and we needed time to understand our options before we could comfortably move forward. Howard and his staff patiently explained our options so we could confidently take the next step. Most impressive of all, because this was anticipated to take a few weeks and we had non-working air conditioning during the hottest days of the summer, Four Seasons loaned and installed a used A/C motor to help bridge the gap.
