She explains everything so well, and she was skillful and gentle with the "scary" dental tools. Loved the extra treats, too, like the ceiling TV and the paraffin dip for my hands while I got my teeth cleaned. Alyssa was calm and empathetic while doing my x-rays. My Health Partners plan covered everything, but I could tell that they are thoughtful about pricing, too -- they provided four options for my next steps and had researched pricing with my insurance plan by the time I was ready to check out. The office emailed me to let me know they were back open for business since covid 19. I called and they answered my concerns and assured me it was safe. I made an appointment and was very impressed with all the safety precautions that were taken. I don't know of anything they could do better. Great job!

Upon enrolling as a patient there, I had a pretty long journey back to optimal oral health as it had been a long time since visiting a dentist and I had trepidations about going in with all the problems I had. Dr. Elaine- was very personable, compassionate and very thorough, she was meticulous exploring the inner reaches of my oral cavity and pointed out and explained in detail any issues that I had.
