Standing outside waiting 15 minutes.past.opening. 3 other people in line as well. People have schedules...work and other responsibilities so we come to tan when we can at a time that our schedules allow.us and supppsed to be open but not. I feel the least they could do is offer a percentage refunded for the time we waste waiting for them to open only to not be able to utilize what we pay for as it's now 820 and 2 of us waiting have to be to work at 9am. Love this facility but got.to do better about opening on time. I've missed 5 opportunities to tan this month from late openings..
My absolute favorite location by far! Austin is so fun & pretty & was very helpful when recommending my new favorite tanning lotion & This location has all my favorite tanning beds & i always leave SO TAN :) thank you Austin!
