“I’m torn on this, the service is great and their guys have been great when I’ve seen them. My issue is that I have a problem with companies that do not speak directly to their customers. Their office is only available via their website. They do respond to the emails but sometimes you just have a quick question and don’t want to wait a couple of days for an answer. I always question companies that do not take customers phone calls.“

I originally signed up with them for snow removal service because I was so happy they supported the Minnetonka school district and PTA organizations in the district. They are very reliable for snow removal service! I then decided to use them for fall cleanup, and I’m so happy I did. Mostly I’m happy because I don’t have to do it, but also because they have been very consistent in their leaf pick up. For years, I have struggled with people not showing up. Not this company! I am also very impressed with their email communication based on weather conditions and setting expectations for snow and leaf removal. “Over the years we have been overall very happy with MSP, however, this past year there was a struggle multiple times at our Shoreview location and Blaine, in regards to sidewalks not getting shoveled and in Shoreview snow being shoveled into a fenced in generator area, which they were told multiple times cannot happen, however, MSP has always been very quick to respond to either emails and/or phone calls, which is a great thing! Overall, still happy with MSP!“

Kelly drew up several renderings for us to choose from - which was super fun and full of great ideas from Kelly. We had a blast going to Patio Town with him to pick out our blocks and stone steps. And then once the install started, we were again impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, efficiency, and attention to detail. The final product is VERY high-quality and was in our budget. Besides the amazing work, Kelly himself is so friendly, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. He is a class act all around. Thank you Kelly and team.
