Truly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I worked with them from out of state, after I purchased some frames in Japan. When I got home nobody locally would put my lenses in them because they were designed a little differently. I found Division online and was able to ship them my frames to be serviced. Lisa was a breeze to work with and so friendly. After we first spoke I felt totally comfortable shipping these pretty expensive frames out. She was a true professional and made the whole thing so easy. Honestly I'll probably just keep working with them from now on regardless of where I am living.Thanks Division Optical!

Walking in, Division Optical emanates an entirely different aura and atmosphere compared to other eyewear providers. It honestly doesn't feel like a shop at all, it has a cozier, home-like feel.Lisa, the owner, was a complete joy to work with. It is clear she knows exactly what she's doing, as after a quick examination, I was brought a few frames that would look good on my face. And of course, every single one was a great fit, far better than the glasses I wore coming in.In that vein, all of the frames Lisa has are handmade, and not part of the Luxottica monopoly.
