Once again, Mark, Mike, and Jason provided stellar customer service for the incredibly emotionally hard time of my mom's recent unexpected passing. Mark specifically went above and beyond those first few days after her death when things are exceptionally raw and painful, and I cannot thank him enough. The compassion, sensitivity, and heart that they showed us is something I truly appreciate. They really know what they're doing. Thank you guys.

Mark Arnold handled my mom’s funeral yesterday. Every detail was perfect and Mom looked beautiful, down to perfectly manicured nails. Mom would have been so pleased.
Mark even took pictures of every bouquet of flowers and their cards, so we would know who they were from. Very helpful because one of the bouquet cards fell off later.
