Bill was extremely professional, helpful, fair and did the investigative work that the big plumbing company did not. I was being told there was no water clean out on the main line out to the sewer & preparing for an expensive dig to create a clean out. Bill came to quote the project (as a second opinion after the plumbing company was here) and instead he found the water clean out buried in the yard. He’s honest and personalized, period.

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Coppin Sewer & Water. Bill helped us replace a sewer line at one of our properties (in the middle of winter!)
