During his phone contact with fellow employees, I could sense urgency and professionalism in the calls. Carson and Nick did exceptional work on the install. They were very professional and respectful thru the process. The clean up was great. In the end, from my first contact with Connors to the complete install, it was only 2 days. Unheard of these days. The Daikin units are good quality and quiet. Sometimes while they are running I have to check because they are so quiet. Contact with Alex and Penny has been great.
