Steve L. Is a contractor who not only knows his business, he also makes you feel comfortable working with him. He gets to know you as a potential customer right up front. I feel very certain this is the group we will be working with to build our retirement home at the lake!

Steve was so very nice. Answered all our questions and gave me his card so if I have any more questions I can call. Never made me feel bad that I can't afford a million dollar hime and helped me think of ways to save money.
