The staff here are A m A z I n G.Dr. Walkoviak is the first optometrist to ever walk me through the exam process, explaining what/why/how for each device & measurement taken. Considering I am one of the most indecisive (& pickiest) persons on the planet, I can say that Jeanette, Jamie, and Kayla are (beyond) patient and genuine in their efforts to ensure every customer is happy and feeling confident in their new specs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The store manager is fantastic with clients and has knowledge of how to fully fill the needs of customers. along with a great personality!! My eye Dr is the best. I have an autoimmune disease and she is very attune to my unusual needs due to my disease. I feel so comfortable whenever I go there. I have gotten a lot of new glasses there thru-out the years and have been pleased with them all. Now under new name/company things went smoothly as always. So I am pleased and will continue to stay a customer there.

From the time I walked in I was helped immediately! I was able to look through the glasses and pick out some of my top choices so I was done with that by the time my appt was ready. Got my eyes checked. Dr took the time to explain things to me then we went out front n picked my glasses. The gals up fro t were exceptionally nice and helpful and found all the discounts I could get with my glasses! The helped me find a pair that’s right for me!! I was told it would be 2 weeks before they came in but I got them in 1 week! Thank you Midwest Vision for exceptional care!!
