Tim is extremely prompt and kind! We’ve had him come to our house a few times now, and he was so patient with all of my husbands continuous questions. Each time my husband called him, he answered right away (even in the evenings), answered a ton of his questions, and was even willing to do a video chat with my husband to see what was going on. Serbus designed our entire HVAC system for our house near Victoria. The layout is perfect. This is the first house we have owned with consistent temperatures between rooms and floors.The crew was professional and engaging. Many months late a humidifier leaked and Tim came out right away, fixed the problem, and took responsibility even though it was a manufacturer's defect. I highly recommend Serbus for heating and air conditioning services!
