“Highly recommend!!!! My A/C went out the day before the hottest day in summer after I tried to fix it myself. I didn't have the proper tools. I emailed them after hours (approx 7pm) and got a response soon afterward that they could be out the next day. A tech came and quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed within two to three hours of testing (and they were very thorough on testing everything). The tech also advised I was low on Freon which I told them to fill it up and my A/C has been awesome ever since. The tech was very polite and even wore plastic over their boots so they wouldn't get our house dirty, even tho we didn't care cuz we have pets that shed. I want home at the time but instructed my wife to give the tech a tip due to them being extremely efficient, being extremely polite as not to disrupt her work, doing an awesome job and at an extremely low cost for the work and testing that they did. I can't say thanks enough other than this review and the tip we gave the tech for the awesome work!!!! Thank you so much!!!“

“My water heater went out on a Sunday night. I knew right away it needed to be replaced. I called Diversified around 9.am on Monday morning and had a new unit installed by 3pm. They were competitively priced with their competition, especially if you consider how fast they were able to get the job completed. The tech was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. Will definitely reach back out to Diversified for future plumbing needs.“
