Hoxie Homes remodeled a 1927-vintage farmhouse we moved 15 miles. They did a great job with a challenging project. Removing walls, patching & refinishing original hardwood floors, complete overhaul of the kitchen and master bathroom. Relocated the electrical panel and utilities to a new room. And built a new garage matching the rooflines and siding of the original house. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Hoxie Homes! We recently tore down our old home and rebuilt on a challenging city lot. Jeff did a great job helping us navigate the ins and outs of permitting, variances and everything else city related. He did a great job the entire project but the upfront work was where his experience was essential! Jeff worked seamlessly with our designer and even custom built several pieces that we designed ourselves. We will definitely be using Hoxie Homes for our next projects.
