After getting 4 bids, Cheetah was the most reasonable. I came to this site to gather info about performance. When Logan ( representative ) called and asked for my business I mentioned the reviews. He felt bad that they had bad reports & mentioned they had hundreds of satisfied customers that didn’t review. I re-read the reviews and gave them less credibility & after a candid conversation with Logan I signed a contract. I need to give credit where credit is due, the crew that Cheetah represented came out with 14 very professional roofers who were very considerate every step of the way, from set up & property protection to communication along the way & final clean up with inspection the next day. I have spent years as a critical family handyman and found delight in every aspect of the process. I strongly recommend that everyone should have a conversation with Logan from Cheetah before making a final decision affecting their home.
