“Highly recommend!!!! My A/C went out the day before the hottest day in summer after I tried to fix it myself. I didn't have the proper tools. I emailed them after hours (approx 7pm) and got a response soon afterward that they could be out the next day. A tech came and quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed within two to three hours of testing (and they were very thorough on testing everything). The tech also advised I was low on Freon which I told them to fill it up and my A/C has been awesome ever since. The tech was very polite and even wore plastic over their boots so they wouldn't get our house dirty, even tho we didn't care cuz we have pets that shed. I want home at the time but instructed my wife to give the tech a tip due to them being extremely efficient, being extremely polite as not to disrupt her work, doing an awesome job and at an extremely low cost for the work and testing that they did. I can't say thanks enough other than this review and the tip we gave the tech for the awesome work!!!! Thank you so much!!!“

“Had our A/C keep going off for a couple days. Tried fixing it myself, but without any success. Ended up requesting an appointment at 11:00pm from Quality Heating and Air because it was going to be 90 the next day.

“Our entire process from start to finish with Peak was exceptional and top notch.

We got a couple of quotes, including one through the membership services of a club retailer. The quote from Peak was comparable to the great membership deal, and we got better equipment!

The installation was great. Josh, Caleb, and Jason are courteous, professional, efficient, and genuinely the nicest guys.

We had a big job replacing the 30 year old furnace and AC units, and running new duct for our dryer. In the beginning of the installation day the space looked like chaos, but by the end they had the space looking awesome and in better shape than when they arrived. They gave us a great tutorial inside and out on the system and maintenance.

Fast, efficient and at an age of physical stamina and flexibility in their youth for the crowded and complex tight spaces mechanical/utility rooms in older houses like mine are often faced with. They have the knowledge, the skills and a clean well-organized approach in how they run new or upgraded PVC vent and fresh air lines. Best bonus was how tall Dillon is. This guy doesn’t waste time moving ladders around because his height reaches the joist for running the new pipes with ease. Highly recommend this crew. Also very pleased with how well my nitpicky details were no issue to satisfy and i felt heard and understood by both the install crew as well as by Jim Woodward who i worked with to get the quote. Jim found so many rebates, manufacturer’s, gas utility and even Federal tax credit rebates that dropped this amazing 97% efficiency unit down to a cost i can smile broadly about!!!“
