WHY CAN'T I SCHEDULE A HAIRCUT FOR A SPECIFIC TIME?! The wait time can go from 0 minutes to 100 minutes without notice. If I want to schedule a haircut for 3:00pm, I have to log in and monitor the app starting 2 hours before! If the wait time is 3 minutes, I obviously am not going to schedule. However, that 3 minutes countdown can suddenly jump to 72 minutes at 2:40. Especially on a Saturday, I have had to skip a haircut due to scheduling, where I could have otherwise scheduled a haircut when they opened, or imagine scheduling an appointment days in advance; that would be crazy! Kailee rocks my world for nearly 30 minutes everytime I visit to get my hair cut at this sportsclips! I'll continue to come back as long as Kailee is here! Got kind of a schoolboy crush on her too lol.
People are great. Website isn't. What is not shared is that the server will delete your queue position after 20 minutes. So, if you live a distance away, you'd better hustle. Lost mine today with no warning or notification. Arrived and sat for 25 minutes to get a haircut.
