MNGI Vadnais is a wonderful clinic. Everyone from the reception staff, the medical assistant and Dr. were outgoing, pleasant and efficient. Dr. Hunninghake spent a lot of time with me explaining previous testing I had done, listening to my current concerns and talking about my treatment options. I would highly recommend her and the staff I encountered.
The whole process when I got to the facility was very smooth. They were on time everyone was very caring and explained exactly what was going to happen.
I will recommend them to anyone I know who is getting a colonoscopy.
I was there for a colonoscopy. The instructions provided for the preparation were very clear and they provided the kit for the colon cleansing free of charge. They were good about sending texts to remind me of the activities necessary for the colon cleansing. They even called the day before to let me know of an opening for an earlier time slot. They had an online option that allowed for entering in all the information necessary, which saved a great deal of time when I arrived.
