Did not seem to understand that all I needed was pricing for how much it will cost to repair the roof. I justed needed a bid for a refinance of my home but kept telling me they're not going up on any roof for repair in the winter (no duh!) at least give a labor cost, how much an hour at least? Nope just kept repeating, they're not doing anything in the winter. No help at all
