I had some pretty tense back pain and Josh was able to squeeze me in for a quick 30 min massage between his appointments. The experience was calming, and honestly awesome. Josh knew (and walked me through) each detail of the muscles he was activating. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Highly recommend! I will be coming back!

Josh is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. His deep and intuitive knowledge of muscles, tendons and ligaments results in fast relief of both acute and chronic issues; in my case, chronic neck and shoulder stress along with several injuries where Josh's help was key to recovery. I don't want to waste my time and money going to anyone else - I get results with Josh.
