I was a member of this location for over a year. The staff were always prompt and ready to check you in. They cleaned the facilities and equipment well. Over time, I went less and less, especially because I didn't actually tan, but rather used their sunless treatments. I don't think the red light products were that effective: I always felt extremely pressured to purchase products. When I wanted to cancel my membership, I had to go through many hoops. Update: The manager called me to apologize and offered a free service for the inconvenience, so I am updating my review. I pay monthly to use the spray tanning at the Stillwater location, which I feel is broken or out of spray 50 % of the time I go in to use it. I recently asked to speak to a manager about the fact that the machine is broken so often and was told to call customer service. Additionally, several times when I have arrived at their opening time, they are not open (the last two times, someone arrives a few minutes after opening time and then I have to wait several minutes for them to get the register and machines turned on). Facility was always clean, beds were fine, but it is extremely high priced for tanning when you consider other options. And beware of the freeze: they sell it as just $5/mo that you get back when/if you reactivate but it's only good for product, plus they charge an annual fee on top of it during that time. That is likely in the fine print, but not the way it is explained. I'll take my business elsewhere going forward.
