I spoke with Rob and he was very informative and wanted to make sure I understood my options and what would work with my existing duct work. He did not push me to purchase more expensive items than I needed. He truly cares about his customers! I highly recommend Rob!! It is nice to find an honest and caring business owner these days!

I was very impressed with Springborn Heating, I initially needed some help with a small part for my furnace but what was significant was I needed this on a Sunday and the owner Rob answered the phone and helped me with the part I needed even though he was out on emergency work all of Saturday evening til early in the morning. I had been planning on a furnace tune-up when it was convenient for them and me but because of the extreme sub zero weather I was kinda of hoping to get ahead of problems before it was an emergency so I asked Rob about having a technician come out when it was convenient and I knew they were extremely busy because of the extreme cold so I didn’t...read full review
