I scheduled these guys to give a quote for my parents after their AC went out when it was very hot. I can't say enough about how great they were. From field tech, to sales, to owner, they were all fantastic. Their quote was little less than Metro or Standard, which was a great bonus too. They were able to get the quote and new system done in less than a couple days. We ran into a user error where my parents (new to their home) did not know that they had an existing saver switch installed at their electrical meter. It led to a lot of back and forth trying to figure out what was going on with the new system they had just installed, and Tim and Dave could not have handled it better than they did. They both went WAY out of their way after hours to help figure everything out for us. We felt terrible for wasting their time, but they could not have been any more gracious about it. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. There is no reason not to go with them: they were the best price of our 3 quotes, they were fast, they were courteous, and their customer service is phenomenal.
Our furnace went out on Thanksgiving eve and was unrepairable. We called Friday AM and Schwantes had a tech over shortly and a new furnace in that Friday. They were honest, professional, and safe. It was an easy and seamless process. We are very appreciative of their team for working overtime on a holiday to get us up and running-keeping our family safe and warm.
